CCRF GZ Roll-Forming designs and manufactures roll forming lines for rack uprights and shelving in the logistics industry. Custom roll forming lines are provided to perfectly satisfy the requirements for light, medium, heavy or irregular shelving manufacturers. Different production technologies are used and combined to deliver the best results.
Beams, uprights, diagonals, back panels and shelving brackets are often produced from hot-rolled, galvanized or painted steel coil. The production complexity requires a combination of excellent quality and a reasonable unit cost. The roll-former must combine this with a high production capacity (the speed of ours is 30 pieces/minute).
Our production lines for logistics applications can also be equipped with automatic stacking and packing units, packaging devices, on-line welding and labeling functions.

- Rack UprightWe provide customers with a variety of roll-forming lines for the production of rack uprights and shelving system components for use in industrial or supermarket/warehouse applications. Punching, slotting, and other optional functions can be integrated into the roll-forming line upon request while a fully automatic operation allows for the manufacturing of products in different specifications.

- ShelvesWe offer roll-forming lines for shelves primarily used in supermarkets for goods display and storage. This fully automatic roll forming line requires only one operator, and shelves are formed in a single step, requiring no additional bending operations. The cut length of finished product is adjustable. This roll forming line consists of the material loader, levelling mechanism, punch press, roll former, cut off and bending mechanism.
