Since CCRF GZ Roll-Forming provided a roll-forming line for Dongfeng Automotive in 2005, we have offered and provided roll-forming lines and solutions for numerous automobile manufacturers, including Shanghai Volkswagen. We produce various automobile profiles such as sliding bar of window regulators, bumpers, chassis components, steering column, seat frames, etc. Instead of traditional punching solutions, our flexible roll-forming solutions have brought about a new era of automotive component production.
Due to the excellent performance, our automotive profiles production lines have taken the leading position in China and all over the world. We have gradually replaced conventional punching technology with roll forming technology to better process high-strength steel sheets. - Highway GuardrailGZ Roll-Forming provides flexible roll-forming lines for highway guardrails and safety barriers. 2 or 3-wave guiderails are available to suit your production needs.
The roll-forming line includes the feeder, levelling device, roll forming machine, punching and cutting mechanism, hydraulic system, control system and stacker. Fully automatic control allows operators to produce products in different lengths.
