Highway Guardrail
GZ Roll-Forming provides flexible roll-forming lines for highway guardrails and safety barriers. 2 or 3-wave guiderails are available to suit your production needs.
The roll-forming line includes the feeder, levelling device, roll forming machine, punching and cutting mechanism, hydraulic system, control system and stacker. Fully automatic control allows operators to produce products in different lengths. HMI requires no mechanical adjustment, while the main electrical components, including the PLC and inverter are imported from prominent German and Japanese brands to ensure the long-term performance.
