Roll Forming Line

Our technical team has over 10 years of experience in the roll-forming field. We use advanced design software, including COPRA and CAD/CAM to provide customers with complete roll-forming solutions, including roll module design, computation, forming technique simulations, semi-finished product management, CNC production, and quality control. We also offer our customers solutions that will assist them in optimizing product quality, reducing production time to eliminate roll-forming residual stress, and decreasing roll replacement costs.

Roll Forming Line

The efficiency, accuracy and flexibility of our roll forming systems mean we are capable of processing profiles for different industries. The roll-forming’s highest speed is 50m/minute, while the fly shear system collaboratively developed with Rexroth features a speed of 30m/minute, producing metal coils at a thickness of 0.3-16mm.
