The roll forming system is widely used for wall mount brackets used for household appliances. The roll-forming line consists of the material loader, level adjustment mechanism, punch press, roll forming machine, cut-off and punch mechanism, hydraulic system, control system and stacker. Punching is performed in both the pre- and after- roll-forming process. The fully automatic control system only requires one person to operate the roll former. The wall panel is formed in just a single step, thus improving the productivity and reducing costs.
The product shape, output and other specifications are set on the touch screen. The HMI is easy to use, while the PLC, inverter and other electrical elements are imported from Germany and Japan to ensure long-term stability and performance of the roll-forming system.
